Private Investigator authorizations

PI is authorized to collect the following data:
• About lost persons or persons hiding from the client; on individuals that wrote or send anonymous letters; on individuals that spread calumnies, insults or suspicion;
• Data on individuals that have caused damage to our client;
• Data about lost or stolen objects;
• Provide necessary proofs in order to have insurance or to benefit ones rights or privileges in front of court or other administration organ;
• Data about working capacity and ability of the individual;
• Company efficiency or other judicial persons

All the above listed actions the PI shall do by following the procedures:
• Collecting of data on physical and judicial persons;
• Collecting data from state administration bodies and other judicial persons that are entitled to keep registries (temporary or permanent domicile, assurance policy, tax report, owners of cars and boats, different state registers, data on paid taxes for retirement or invalidity);
• Collecting of data and proofs abroad;
• Data elaboration;
• Security of proofs and objects with legal methods and techniques;
• Offering of rewards for provided data or proofs;
• Publish photographs of missing persons.
